Refund/ Returns Policy
All sales are final, and no refund will be issued.
Unfortunately, we cannot support returns or refunds at this time due to the unique nature of our business model and products. Once payment is made, automatically a digital version of the artwork and sound note is sent to the email provided by the buyer. These are the key elements of our creations, the physical canvas which is shipped out is an add-on.
We do NOT make duplicates of any of our creative output therefore once the customer receives the digital files, we cannot provide a refund as there's no way to guarantee these digital attributes haven't been downloaded with the purpose of replicating our creative output,
